Yes, everybody’s gotta learn sometime
The kindergarten basics of friendship
To share, to care, to reason and to rhyme
To sweetly solve problems, to get a grip
Yes everybody’s gotta learn sometime
We are temporary people on earth
Taking a downhill slide after the climb
And then inevitable second birth
So let’s enjoy the moments while we can
Till that sometime, when we shed the old man
