Rejection
Her
shoulders slumped.
Her
lip nearly dragged on the ground.
All
because of one phone call.
Rejected
again.
If
she only knew how lovely she is,
how
people smile when they speak of her.
Rejection
has as much to do with the “rejecter”
as
it has to do with the “rejectee.”
