Morning Prayer

Ears to Hear

Lord, I’m drawing a blank again.

I need some insight from You.

I feel like an awkward stranger,

and that causes me to feel sad.

I like it when I get those ahas.

Those times when You speak

And I hear and know that I hear.

God, please, give me that again.

Today’s Bible Gateway verse is

“So do not throw away your confidence;

it will be richly rewarded. You need

to persevere so that when you have done

the will of God, you will receive what

he has promised. Hebrews 10:35-36 NIV

What is Your will for me this Sunday?
