Hiking with Homeschoolers
Tramping through the
forest
Full of golden leaves
While Ponderosa pines
Sway gently in the breeze
The blue sky and puffy
clouds
Light up in the sun
We stop, snack and journal
About nature center fun
As the sun begins to set
It’s time to go home
We are all exhausted
Today was like a poem
