Genesis
There was a hint of
something in his eyes
His gaze held mine, his
lips curved to a smile
A shiver up my spine was
a surprise
Feelings seemed to glow
purple for a while
Perhaps this was part
of a brilliant plan
Romance flickers in a
snippet of time
Love and hope exist where
they know they can
A gorgeous moment, yes,
even sublime
