Prayer

 

May the Lord Intervene

 

In places of persecution,

Christian women and girls

 are often extremely vulnerable.

Lord, be their defender.

 

Widows or women whose husbands

are in prison have minimal support

for themselves and their children.

Lord, be their provider.

 

May they grow in their relationship with You

and reach out in love to those around them.

Lord, be their protector, strength and friend.

 

In Jesus’ precious name, I pray. Amen!
