Thankful for Safe Travels

 

I thank You Lord for keeping me secure

In the last three weeks, I’ve gone many miles

While basking in friends and relatives’ smiles

With one last drive from Phoenix to endure

 

And Lord I still want to travel some more

Visiting people whom I want to see

Going different places, feeling free

Thank You, Lord, for the adventures I’ve had

And for seeing babies for which I’m glad

Your protecting presence has been with me
