Getting Older
My sister and I saying,
“What?” due to hearing
loss,
“I’ve forgotten”
due to faulty short-term
memory
and exclamations of
“How stupid can I be?”
due to making mistakes
just about anyone could
make
are about as scary
as anything we’ll meet
in an African country.
