Hello 2026
Twenty-twenty five was kind and good,
But did I accomplish things as I should?
Seems likes this year’s goal list by name
(As last year’s) looks pretty much the
same.
Oh, I did get a few things done.
Two trips in the first half of the year.
Still didn’t buy an ebike or kayak,
Or put up my writer’s website, I fear.
I worked two part time jobs,
And kept my house and yard fairly livable.
So I’ve ben busy at this and that,
Maybe how I spent my time is forgivable.
And I look to twenty-twenty-six
Wondering what’s in store.
I have four big trips planned
And maybe even some more.
No matter how I spend my time,
Whether or not I suffer or have fun.
I’ll keep up my devotion to God,
Because He is my Number One!
