CPAP Mask
She says she can’t live with
me
and she can’t live without me.
I help her breathe
and sleep at night.
I’m a CPAP mask.
I cover her mouth and nose
and let the air flow
to keep her breathing
and prevent her
earth-shattering snore.
But sometimes,
I wait till she’s in a deep
sleep
and scooch to the side
and blow the air right in her
face.
It’s a riot!
And sometimes if I tilt just
right,
I blow raspberries!
What a hoot!
Ya ha ha!
I’m practicing my evil laugh.
