First Day of First Grade
It was my first
day of first grade
My sis and
cousin showed the way
At table full
of blocks, kids played
The teacher had
kind words to say
That day held
great things to enjoy
Except for an
annoying boy
He was loud and
kicked at my seat
He made my
first day bittersweet
