The One We Praise

 

The One we praise created us.

In Him we can completely trust.

His loving heart is pure and right.

He sent His Son to be our light.

We would do well to yield to Him and know His ways,

All faithful obedience to the One we praise.

 

Let’s praise Him now in sweet accord,

Inviting in our Holy Lord.

Let’s thank Him for the things He’s done,

For all good things beneath the sun.

He’s worthy, and omnipotent, to Him we bow.

We love Him for who He is, so let’s praise Him now.
