Walk With Me
Lay your head on my shoulder,
as I kiss you on the top of your head,
hold your hand,
and smile on you.
I tilt your head up,
look into your eyes,
and say, “My child, I love you.
All that I think, say and do
shows my love for you.”
I squeeze your hand
And say, Walk with me.
Let us partner together.
Let’s take it a day at a time,
a moment at a time.
Don’t get ahead of yourself
Don’t get ahead of Me.
But let us walk hand in hand.
Moment by moment.
Yes, My favor is upon you.
It won’t be long, little one.
The time will go in a flash.
Then you’ll be with Me.
But for now, walk with Me.
