You’ve Got People
“You’ve got people,”
my daughter told her dad
when he worried about
money, health and home
after two strokes.
For Christmas,
she bought him
a warm blanket
complete with pictures
of our family reunion,
with “You’ve got people”
in bold letters.
A blanket of warm fuzzies.
