Waiting
A
bride stands
in
her beautiful white dress,
after
all the planning, the expense,
the
picking out the perfect dress,
the
dreams of her marriage
with
her handsome groom,
but
he has yet to arrive.
Will
the wedding happen or not?
That’s
how I feel two weeks
away
from my Paris/UK trip
with
my passport yet to arrive.
