One Last Day in California
It’s almost time to say goodbye
To dolphins, pelicans and
seals.
To sisters who are apt to
cry.
We had adventures, many
meals,
We hiked and played and
shopped the deals.
It’s time to look at our
long list.
See anything we might have
missed.
And make best use of our
last day.
I feel I’ve been divinely
kissed
by grace, as we go on our
way.
