Drove two hours to Tucson from Mesa
to get my last-minute passport.
Their printer’s down, maybe tomorrow.
My daughter went with me.
We had ice cream and shopped.
No passport, but enjoyable time.
Green and yellow shrubbery
Saguaro cactuses with arms held high
Blue sky, clouds, sunshine, gusty
breezes.
