Trying not to be nervous.
Flying out of Phoenix tomorrow.
On to Paris to meet Sis.
Repacked my carry-on twice.
Not taking extra luggage.
We’ll see how this works
Wearing a long skirt and blouse.
Hubby says I look like a missionary,
Miss Frumpy goes to Paris.
Checked in, still have hair.
Ordered an Uber, still have hair.
Checked bank balance, still have hair.
Didn’t pull it out, though I felt like
it.
Meanwhile my hubby and son
and daughter go about their day,
unchanged, while I gear up
for a month-long travel adventure.
